This series of public roundtables designed, facilitated, managed and reported on by the Dept – influenced Ontario's 2016 Culture Strategy.

In 2015, Jane led a series of public roundtables across the province seeking public input on the Ontario Culture Strategy. More than 2,000 people participated in 11 towns and cities. Each evening began with a conversation between two guest artists who shared their experiences of culture and creativity. Town hall participants then had the opportunity to join in roundtable discussions on what culture means to them and to contribute ideas and proposed actions for the government to consider in supporting culture. Results were summarized and tabulated, ultimately influencing the priorities and tactics outlined in Ontario’s 2016 Culture Strategy.

This work was done on behalf of MASS LBP, Edelman Communications and commissioned by the Ontario Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport.
