Centrally located in the heart of downtown Toronto, Ramsden Park is one of the city’s oldest and largest parks. Revitalization of the 13.7 acre park includes improvements to walkways and trails, the tennis courts and the construction of a new playground and waterplay area. In 2015/2016 the community was consulted in an open and accessible three phase process that resulted in an all-encompassing design program devised by PMA Landscape Architects that addresses distinctive heritage concerns, increasing park usage and critical tree and landscaping planning.
